Summary:
The Telemetry/CV Stepdown Registered Nurse has theresponsibility and accountability for assessing patient/familyhealth problems and resources, taking a leadership role in theplanning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan ofcare provided by the nursing team. Providing technical nursing careand interventions to a designated patient population. Per theDepartments Scope of Practice, this position requires providingservices to Medical-Surgical Patients, ages eighteen and above in amanner that demonstrates an understanding of thefunctional/developmental age of the individuals served. Thisposition requires the full understanding and active participationin fulfilling the Mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.It is expected that the associate demonstrate behavior consistentwith the Core Values. The associate shall support the CHRISTUS St.Frances Cabrini's strategic plan and the goals and direction oftheir Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
