Job Description We are looking for an Entry Level Accounts Payable Specialist who is detail-oriented, team-focused, and efficient office professional to join our Accounting Team. The A/P Specialist will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for the administrative functions of the construction accounting team. This includes data entry, bill payments, and resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors.
WHO YOU ARE Experienced professional. 1-2 years experience in a professional office administrative role.

Technologically Savvy. You are comfortable using computers. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are familiar tools that you effectively know how to leverage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Update systems to maintain all weekly project invoice statements, and ensure all bills are correctly entered for accurate and timely payments.
- Data entry.
- Provide backup support to other A/P team members.
- Participate in special projects, as needed.
Job Requirements: High school diploma and 1+ years of professional office or administrative experience; Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- Must have strong organizational skills with an ability to work independently, while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work product.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize various responsibilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required.
